Artist Touch Painting founder Terra Misner has always been known for being creative, exploring new styles and art forms from childhood to her career as a professional painter. Voted most artistic in high school, Misner went onto college as an Edmonds Arts Festival recipient for four years. She graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Art History.
After multiple research and studies at the University of Washington, it was concluded that Terra possesses a rare attribute of a 4th Retinal Cone which is scientifically referred to as Tetrachromacy. In simple terms, this trait allows Terra to see a broader range of colors than most humans, which translates into an unfair advantage when helping you select colors for your home.
With a flair for sleek, sophisticated, and classic styles, Misner and her team offer traditional interior and exterior painting, in addition to color consultations, custom design, detailed painting, and more. Terra and her team have been serving the Puget Sound area since 2002!
